Shame has a way of convincing us that our past mistakes define who we are. It tells us that we are not worthy of forgiveness, restoration, or a new beginning.
But your mistakes are not the end of your story.
Christ offers forgiveness and redemption to those who turn toward Him. Your past may be part of your story, but it does not have to determine your future. There is a difference between learning from what you have done and allowing shame to control who you become.
Breaking free from shame begins when we stop hiding and start bringing our brokenness to God. His grace reminds us that we can be forgiven, restored, and transformed.
You are not required to remain the person you were yesterday. Through Christ, there is always room for a new beginning.
